Ikram Al Mouaswas is the Chief Financial Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. As CFO, she leads the firm's financial strategy and operations across the Middle East, supporting the firm's growth agenda, strengthening financial performance and enabling effective decision-making across the business.
Ikram brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, transformation and business leadership. During the first part of her career, she built extensive experience in audit, becoming an Audit Partner before moving into Deals. She later relocated to the Middle East, where she spent the last five years as a Finance Transformation Consulting Partner. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with regional and international clients, regulatory bodies and PwC member firms across Canada, Australia, the UAE and the UK.
Ikram has led large-scale transformation programmes spanning finance operating model redesign, budgeting and planning transformation, governance enhancement and shared services transformation. She has also advised organisations on costing strategies, process improvement and enterprise performance management across both government and private sector entities.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Laws in Business from the University of Toronto.
