Neil Broadhead is the Chief Risk Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the firm's risk, quality, ethics, compliance, legal, regulatory and corporate agenda, helping strengthen PwC Middle East's risk culture and ensuring risk management supports sustainable growth and innovation.
Working closely with leadership teams and governance committees across the region, Neil helps embed a risk-intelligent culture that protects value while enabling the firm to deliver exceptional client service. He plays a key role in strengthening governance and supporting informed decision-making across an increasingly complex regulatory and risk environment.
Prior to becoming Chief Risk Officer in 2024, Neil spent more than 20 years advising infrastructure clients, helping C-suite leaders navigate complex business challenges across transformation, governance, crisis response and strategic growth. His experience as both an industry leader and client-facing partner enables him to bring a practical, commercial perspective to risk management while supporting PwC's purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems.
