Laura Hinton is the Territory Senior Partner at PwC Middle East and Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. She brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and organisational effectiveness. Before joining the region, she served as PwC UK and EMEA Managing Partner.
In that role, she managed the UK firm and chaired the EMEA Executive Team, driving alignment and collaboration across the network.
Laura spent more than nine years on the PwC UK Management Board, where she was responsible for executing the firm's strategy, overseeing clients and markets activity, and leading people, business planning and performance. During this time, she held several leadership roles, including Chief People Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Head of Communications & Reputation, and Head of Tax & Legal, before becoming UK and EMEA Managing Partner.
A PwC partner since 2006, Laura specialises in HR and workforce transformation, operating model programmes and culture change. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of King's College London and Harvard Business School.
