Dr. Mounira Jamjoom is the Chief Transformation and Change Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She leads critical transformation initiatives across the region, driving strategic alignment, innovation and execution at scale. Mounira is also a recognised advisor in the education sector across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
In her role, Mounira works closely with leadership teams across the firm to translate strategy into execution, strengthen organisational effectiveness and embed sustainable change.
Alongside her firmwide responsibilities, Mounira is a leading advisor in the education sector, with extensive experience across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. She works closely with government entities, educational institutions and private sector investors to design and deliver strategies that support national education priorities, human capital development and education transformation.
Mounira holds a PhD from the University of Oxford, along with degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University and Dar Al-Hekma University. She is also an alumna of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
