Full consultation and project management of end-to-end organisational restructures
Work with leadership to identify shortcomings / challenges and strategic themes, advise on purpose / values / direction and formulation of short to long-term goals
Assess staff opinions through tailored online staff surveys and/or staff interviews, interpretation of results, advise on implementation of solutions
Advise on formulating a recruitment strategy, design tailor made recruitment tools and processes
Analysis of organisational structure, formulation of individual role profiles for all staff levels
Conduct talent forums with key stakeholders, map talent to customised matrix, formulate action plan to develop and retain top talent
Identify key positions and potential successors, formulate pipeline, advise on managing pipeline and addressing development needs
