ICTPA launched in Sri Lanka in collaboration with PwC's Academy Sri Lanka promoting change and transformation

Organisations that put their people at the heart of change are measurably more likely to deliver successful outcomes. Success in business can hinge on strategic agility and the ability to execute. Solid strategies, processes, and technology alone may not deliver results. It takes people to accept, adopt, drive, and sustain the change that helps realise the tangible impact.

With this in mind, PwC's Academy Sri Lanka in collaboration with The Institute of Change and Transformation Professionals Asia (ICTPA) organised a webinar recently to launch its Sri Lankan Chapter.

The ICTPA provides Training and Education, Coaching and Mentoring, Certification and Accreditation, Thought Leadership, Networking Events, Webinars, and Podcasts in the realm of Change and Transformation in Asia. The ICTPA currently has its presence in Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The virtual launch was addressed by Ron Leeman - Founder of ICTPA, Lui Sieh - Vietnam Country Representative of ICTPA, Neil Salton - Singapore Country Representative of ICTPA, and Mohammad Ali Toosy - Pakistan Country Representative of ICTPA which was moderated by Viraine Senadheera, Practice Head - Clients & Markets at PwC Sri Lankan and Tharaka Hettiarachchi, the Sri Lankan Country representative of ICTPA.

Tharaka Hettiarachchi, the Sri Lankan Country representative of ICTPA stated, “Collaborating with PwC Sri Lanka to introduce the ICTPA to the Sri Lankan business community is a unique and exciting opportunity. This partnership will pave the way for Sri Lankan business leaders to engage with the experts across Asia in exchanging knowledge and perspectives, in navigating their business organizations through the transformation journey in an unprecedented and evolving time, which would not only guarantee survival but enable substantial growth.”
