Metrics to help you plan your workforce of the future

Unlock the power of your people through data

A number of complex, paradoxical changes are impacting the workforce at the same time, leaving many organisations uncertain and unprepared for the future of work.

Despite large transformation efforts and investments in technology, organisations and economies are not necessarily seeing this translate into improved productivity.

Talent is becoming scarcer, workers with desired skills require more than just financial rewards. Employees are experiencing stress and fatigue at unprecedented levels, finding it harder than ever to be productive.

Recent trends towards hybrid and remote working are further accelerating the move towards using a flexible talent ecosystem where workers move in-and-out of different arrangements with organisations – such as regular employees, fully remote workers, contingent workers,

These complex changes to the workforce require a fundamental shift in thinking.

Data-driven insights are critical

In order to make this shift, data-driven insights about the workforce are essential. Without an understanding of their readiness to transform, organisations cannot begin to understand and prioritise the changes required.

While many leaders understand the importance of data-driven insights, they may struggle to understand which data and insights they should use. In the noise of data, technology and tools, where every provider has an ‘Analytics solution’, which insights should organisations start with?

PwC’s Saratoga Impact benchmarking tool is a free-to-use tool and a robust database of people and functional performance metrics.

Such benchmarking insight is critical in understanding the effectiveness of a workforce strategy - and can provide evidence for a case for change - which can include a range of opportunities for technology implementation, policy review or full human resources (HR) transformation.

Saratoga Impact is a workforce and HR benchmarking solution

Saratoga Impact is a free-for-participants benchmarking offering. Provide your data aligned to the four areas of impact and in return receive a benchmarking report comparing your results to our global benchmarks as well as an industry peer group. It is broken into four content modules:
