Slush is a not-for-profit organisation matching entrepreneurs and tech talent with top-tier international investors, multinational corporations, family businesses, high-net worth individuals looking to invest, executives and the media. PwC has been partnering with Slush since 2010 and in 2015 PwC became Slush’s first global partner.
Along with Slush, PwC plays an active role in developing startup ecosystems around the world and supporting entrepreneurs as they work to get their ideas off the ground and build sustainable businesses.
We are excited to be at Slush Helsinki 2018 and have a wide range of activities planned. Our global Chairman, Bob Moritz, will be speaking on the founder stage at 14.25 on Tuesday 4 December. Come and visit us at booth number 7A.7. Our booth is listed on the Slush matchmaking app as a meeting point so we look forward to welcoming you over. Feeling hot? Jymy will be serving its organic ice cream at our booth. If your phone is out of battery, then come and see us to get a renewable energy power pack from JoyActor. During the extensive Official Slush Side Events, we will be running our PwC NextGen@Slush programme, bringing together NextGen Club members and Leader Academy Alumni from across the world for a series of exclusive networking events, labs, matchmaking meetings and curated experiences.
We are delighted to be supporting the Slush Global Impact Accelerator this year. PwC is working with Slush on mentoring social entrepreneurs from all over the world. They will be coming together in Helsinki for a week’s bootcamp culminating in a pitching competition which will be judged by our global strategy leader, Blair Sheppard.
