LONDON, 22 May, 2026 — PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwCIL) today announced a series of planned transitions within its Global Leadership Team, effective 1 July, 2026:
- Wes Bricker will assume the role of Global Chief Risk and Regulatory Officer, transitioning from his current role as Global Assurance Leader. He succeeds Scott Berryman.
- Andy Hammond will succeed Bricker as Global Assurance leader. Hammond already serves as PwC UK's Head of Audit and will continue in that role in a dual capacity.
- Krishnan Chandrasekhar will assume the role of Global Tax and Legal Services Leader, succeeding Brad Silver. Chandrasekhar currently serves as PwC US Tax Leader and will continue in that role in a dual capacity.
- Tyson Cornell will assume the role of Global Advisory Leader, succeeding Damir Maras. Cornell already serves as PwC US Advisory Leader and will continue to serve in that role in a dual capacity.
- Carl Sizer will assume the role of Clients, Markets and Industries Leader, succeeding Nicki Wakefield. Sizer already serves as Chief Markets Officer for PwC UK and will continue to serve in that role in a dual capacity.
