PwC announced that it was cited as a Leader in The Forrester New Wave™: RPA Service Providers in Healthcare, Q3 2020.
In one of the report’s key takeaways, Forrester notes that “governance frameworks and knowledge transfer are key differentiators. Leaders bring an innovative vision for automation governance and a framework for engaging and accelerating citizen developers in healthcare.”
The report rated PwC as having the highest score in the strategy category of the firms evaluated. It states that: “PwC delivers a forward-thinking governance framework and strong Healthcare and Life Sciences ecosystem. PwC has the most experience building and scaling CoEs (centres of excellence) in HCLS, backed by a robust partner ecosystem that extends beyond traditional RPA technology vendors and includes key industry partnerships with electronic health record (EHR), core admin, and clinical trials management vendors.”
It further notes that PwC “is the best fit for companies looking for governance advisory. PwC is a solid fit for HCLS organizations that need a strategic partner with a strong citizen developer framework.”
Commenting on PwC’s Customer Reference Summary, the report cites that, “Clients loved PwC’s approach to process mining and prioritization, which looks beyond just cost and time savings to identify opportunities that align with HCLS priorities.”
Michelle Lee, PwC Intelligent Process Automation Partner and US PLS Tax Leader, said: "We are thrilled that Forrester recognized PwC as a leader in RPA service providers in healthcare. This is an outstanding achievement and we believe it is a testament to the great strides our people made in developing our RPA capabilities and relentlessly serving our clients.
