19 February, 2019

PwC has been positioned in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner’s February 2019 Magic Quadrant for Data and Analytics Services Providers, Worldwide

Business analytics give organizations the ability to prepare and forecast future business interactions and outcomes. Data is an asset that organizations already own. PwC works with clients to analyse current data capabilities, develop a strong data foundation and then monetise that data. This process allows for the harnessing of the power of information to optimise business performance and commercialize data opportunities.

Commenting on the Magic Quadrant recognition, Gerard Verweij, Global Data and Analytics leader, PwC, said: “We are delighted that Gartner has again recognized, what we believe to be, our commitment, investment and differentiated capabilities at PwC and view us as a Leader in this new Magic Quadrant. We also believe that it recognizes our holistic Data & Analytics capabilities are resonating with our clients as we strive to tackle their most pressing issues.  Our business – and design-led approach allows us to co-develop innovations with our clients that cement our partnerships and allow us to highlight our full D&A portfolio.”

Flavio Palaci, Global Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Leader, PwC, added: “I too believe that Gartner’s recognition is a rewarding validation that our strategy and investment around our Responsible Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Transformation platforms are differentiators for us in the marketplace.  Our asset-based capabilities allow us to co-innovate with our clients in ways that set us apart as an advisor.  As we continue to grow our Artificial Intelligence framework, we will focus on all strategic and operational issues that our clients face, which will enable our clients to take advantage of opportunities while mitigating their risk as they drive their businesses forward.”
