Nick Rea

Nick has over 20 years of experience and advises large corporations and funds on strategic, financial and valuation issues. Specifically, he advises on valuation issues such as fairness and expert valuation opinions, valuations for transaction purposes and valuations for reporting purposes (financial and corporate governance) and investment appraisal across industries. Nick’s expertise is in valuations for private equity and hedge funds under both IFRS and U.S. GAAP including international private equity and venture capital guidelines. Nick is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.A. in Classics from Oxford University. He is the author of ‘The investment framework for global investors’ and presents at a number of external and internal conferences on the subject of valuation.
