Drew has over 25 years of deals and transactions experience across a wide range of industries and global territories.

In 1997, he set up the Scottish Transaction Services team and, in 2014, he took on the role of UK Energy Utilities Mining and Infrastructure (EUMI) Transaction Services leader, supporting a 90 strong team. Drew has particular experience in the oil and gas (Exploration & productions, mid/downstream and services), engineering services/products areas and over the years has gained a niche expertise in drinks sector - most notably, Scotch whisky. He has extensive experience across all aspects of M&A activity including acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and IPO's and private equity.

Outside the office, Drew is a veteran scuba diver and examiner for the Scottish Sub-Aqua club, keen cyclist, and retired boxer.
