Collecting, parsing, and making sense of the ever-increasing amount of data to develop a complete view of the customer is the new battlefront for healthcare organizations (HCOs). Forrester identified PwC as a leader among 11 different solutions providers that were evaluated, in The Forrester Wave™: Healthcare Analytics, Q4 2018.
The Forrester Wave™ evaluation highlights which vendors take cognitive analytics beyond a marketing tactic to help HCOs better understand their customers and better determine risk and ROI for new initiatives. In its research of the health analytics market, Forrester found that legacy analytics solutions have been left behind by vendors “that invested in prescriptive analytics.” According to the report, decision-makers looking for a healthcare analytics vendor should prioritize providers that offer support for a 360-degree customer view, cognitive capabilities, and unstructured data.
Per the Forrester Wave report, “PwC brings a sophisticated approach to customer insights on a leading platform.
