PwC and Oracle collaborate to provide a connected platform

August 17, 2021

Since 2008, Oracle and PwC have worked together to create successful outcomes for their clients. PwC has consistently been recognised and awarded as a top partner in the Oracle ecosystem.

Manas Pattanaik, PwC Supply Chain Manufacturing Leader, said: "PwC’s collaboration with Oracle provides the unique ability to help clients by aligning with Oracle’s product development and support teams to assist with the overall project lifecycle in SCM and Manufacturing. Additionally, PwC’s investments into Oracle-specific Integrated Solutions and cloud accelerators brings the full breadth of our Firm’s global capabilities to each client we support. Our Firm’s focus to bring a holistic approach in addressing our client’s key business priorities as well as tailoring to their specific needs, has been the cornerstone of our Oracle alliance relationship."

In a recent IDC Technology Spotlight, sponsored by Oracle and PwC, titled Smart Manufacturing: Leveraging Sensor Data for a Resilient Supply Chain (August 2021, #US48108621), IDC analysts commented that “PwC and Oracle have collaborated to provide a connected platform. IoT is pre-integrated with Oracle's SaaS portfolio and with Oracle Integration Cloud for when third-party applications need to be integrated. This enables tracking, monitoring, and automating. Near-real-time integration is achieved between devices and equipment as well as with transactional manufacturing systems. This leads to higher efficiency, greater productivity, and an improved ability to forecast and plan to optimize business against customer demand and supply constraints.”
