Commenting on PwC’s strengths, the report states, 'PwC Canada has strength in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud with multiple projects completed for Canadian customers, in addition to one of the largest implementations of Salesforce's Financial Services Cloud in Canada.'
It goes on to say: 'Globally, PwC has created a MuleSoft practice, and in Canada, its certified practitioners are a key component of delivering digital transformation enablement to customers.'
'We are thrilled to be recognized by the IDC MarketScape as a Leader in Canadian Salesforce Implementation Services. As a more recent entrant into the Canadian Salesforce ecosystem— after assembling a very tenured team through acquisition and organic growth—we are thrilled with how quickly we have joined other PwC territories as proven vanguards in the space. It’s gratifying to see that our growth, strategy, capabilities and integrated approach to Front Office Transformation are demonstrating success not only to our clients, but have now also been vetted through a formal framework. We are honoured by the trust our Canadian clients have put in us in helping them realise success and value and look forward to continuing to better the lives of Canadian customers and citizens through Salesforce.'
