PwC has been named as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment (May 2021, IDC #AP46912421). ‘Across all the IA services vendors assessed, the top areas of strength were functionality or offering strategy, delivery strategy, customer service delivery and employee management. [The] IDC [MarketScape] also found that most participating vendors also afforded a very high degree of corporate visibility to their IA offerings and services.’
