Gurpreet Brar is a vice president in PwC’s Consulting & Deals practice working in the Winnipeg office. Gurpreet’s practice areas include Corporate Finance, where he assists private companies with acquisitions, divestitures, and raising capital, and Performance Management, where he assists organizations with strategic and business planning.

Prior to joining PwC in 2007, Gurpreet worked as manager, business planning & strategy for a publically traded media company. Gurpreet is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and has attained the Corporate Finance (CF) qualification through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Gurpreet currently serves on the Board of the United Way of Winnipeg. In the past, he has served on the Boards of the Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation and the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.
