PwC NextGen Education

Developing the leaders of tomorrow

To support you as a NextGen aged between 16 and 36 on your individual journey in times of uncertainty we have transformed our multidisciplinary one-week Academy training series into an exclusive year-long experience. As part of the 2021 NextGen Academy cohort in cooperation with either INSEAD, ESMT or MIT Sloan, you will receive access to an array of free, new, and innovative virtual training, coaching and networking opportunities. We will also provide you with clear guidance on actions you can take to strengthen your leadership capabilities and increase your impact in the “new normal” following the pandemic.

You can select the right program to suit your own unique needs, based on your age and your personal and business experiences. You are also welcome to re-join any of the program stages – something that many participants choose to do in order to explore different business schools, cultures and topics.

All programs are conducted in English. For more information about the training curricula and application process, please get in touch with us.
