PwC NextGen Education offerings

Our NextGen Education framework consists of three distinct and complementary learning opportunities, together with a leadership development program specifically designed for women. You can select the right program to suit your own unique needs, based on your age and your personal and business experiences. You are also welcome to re-join any of the program stages as often as you wish, in order to explore different business schools, cultures and topics. Alumni are offered a reduced program fee.

Explorer Academy - Learn your passion

Ashridge HULT Business School, Hertfordshire/London, UK, 21-27 July 2019

Young successors explore their individual potential and entrepreneurial skills.

Designed to stimulate the interest of the current generation and position you as their trusted family business advisor. Ashridge has a Hogwarts-style campus 60km from London. Among other exercises, the group will work on an authentic entrepreneurial task set by Ferruccio Lamborghini of the famous Italian Lamborghini family.

Recommended ages: 16-20 years.

Accelerator Academy - Learn your business

Stanford PACS, Palo Alto, US, 18-24 August 2019

Leaders of tomorrow build on their knowledge and strengths.

Ranked by the Financial Times as the world’s number one Global MBA business school 2019. The program will take place in the Center for Philanthropy And Civil Society, adding family business-relevant topics to the Stanford business school agenda.
