PwC Appoints Kevin Burrowes as Global Clients and Industries Leader

London, Tuesday, 30th June 2020 -- PwC has appointed Kevin Burrowes to be its Global Clients and Industries Leader from 1 July 2020. Kevin has been a member of PwC UK’s Executive Board for the past four years where he has led on Clients and Markets for the UK firm.

Kevin re-joined PwC UK in 2009.  As well as working for PwC earlier in his career he has held senior executive roles at IBM, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland. Kevin has lived and worked in London, New York and Frankfurt and prior to joining the UK leadership team he was  focused on serving global financial services organisations and institutions on issues ranging from strategy development, transformation and operational efficiency.

Kevin replaces Stephanie Hyde who will take on a new role serving one of PwC’s largest international clients.

Kevin Burrowes:  Prior to taking on his role as Global Clients and Industries Leader Kevin sat on the Executive Board of PwC UK as the Managing Partner - Clients and Markets, where he was responsible for strategy, growth, market reputation, pipeline management and client service delivery, and ensuring that technology and innovation is at the heart of this. 

In other roles at PwC, Kevin predominantly worked in financial services, supporting investment banks from strategy to process efficiency, Front Office to HR, globally and locally. Kevin re -joined PwC UK in 2009 and has been a partner for 17 years.

Earlier in his career Kevin worked at IBM, Credit Suisse and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Kevin sits on the UK Government's GREAT Britain Private Sector Council which helps to promote British business and set the narrative about the UK.

Kevin is married to Sarah with 2 daughters and outside of work he enjoys driving tours and reading history.
