PwC rated as a Leader in Artificial Intelligence Consultancies by Independent Research Firm

March 25, 2021

“With PwC, enterprises get a partner that will push, mentor, and lead them into a new era of business.”

PwC announced that it was cited as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: AI Consultancies, Q1 2021.

In the report, Forrester notes that “AI consultancy customers should look for providers that:

  • Use strategy and design as a catalyst for differentiation.
  • See beyond the building of models and model deployment.
  • Are fully tapped into and shaping AI innovation.

Commenting on PwC, the report states that: “The PwC backstory has two facets — client transformations and its own. PwC helps transform client businesses, but its own transformation is part of its story. PwC doubled down on its own upskilling and IP-building platform and then launched this for clients. One-off simulation projects are now scaled offerings for strategic planning, operations, and continuous scaling of business models. Even strategic innovation partnerships are points of excellence; one client specifically selected PwC because of the consultancy’s relationship with Carnegie Mellon.”

It further notes that: “References stated that PwC exceeded expectations and was adept at tapping into the broader practice as needed. With PwC, enterprises get a partner that will push, mentor, and lead them into a new era of business.”

Anand Rao, Artificial Intelligence Lead, PwC said: “We are really proud to be recognised as a leader in the Forrester Wave for AI Consultancies.  AI isn’t just a new set of tools.  It’s the new world. From automation to augmentation and beyond, AI is already starting to change everything. At PwC, we work with our clients as a partnership helping them to navigate the world of AI safely, strategically, and responsibly.”
