Dr. Oliver Schulte Ladbeck

Oliver is a senior member of the Global Deals Origination Team based in Frankfurt. He focuses on identifying inbound opportunities in Europe for global investors as well as seeking to help large corporates implement their international growth strategies by delivering acquisition opportunities from PwC’s Global Deals Origination platform. In particular, he has expertise in healthcare and industrial engineering businesses in Germany. Furthermore, Oliver has worked extensively with family-controlled businesses of different sizes. Oliver focuses on large corporates in both private and public markets across Continental Europe, working with our Corporate Finance and wider Deals networks.

Oliver has over 16 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he was a Managing Director of Corporate Investment Banking at BNP Paribas and prior to that he was head of German Healthcare and Chemicals Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley. Oliver’s focus was deals (buyside, sellside, PTOs, spinoffs) exceeding $250 million in the German-speaking region. In this function Oliver has also gained significant experience in equity capital markets transactions (right issues, IPOs).
