Malcolm is a partner with PwC Spain, based in Madrid since 1996. He is a member of PwC's Spanish Leadership team and is PwC Spain’s International Business leader, having previously led the Deals practice in the Spanish market. As a founding member of PwC's international Deals practice, Malcolm has worked extensively across the PwC network, serving as Global and EMEA Deals leader and as a member of PwC's Global Advisory Leadership Team from 2017 - 2024 and EMEA Executive Team from 2015 - 2024. Malcolm has advised many of our largest corporate and private equity clients. He is an FCA Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
