Mads Nipper is an external director on the Global Board. He is an international business leader with executive experience across consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and renewable energy.
Mads currently serves as chair of the Board of MacArtney Underwater Technology Group and has held senior leadership roles at the LEGO Group, where he played a key role in the company’s transformation and global growth.
Mads most recently served as chief executive officer of Ørsted A/S from 2021 to 2025, and previously as chief executive officer and president of Grundfos.
