Eric Janson

Eric leads PwC’s Global Private Equity and Principal Investors practice, responsible for bringing together the full breadth of the Firm’s capabilities to serve private equity (PE) funds and their portfolio companies, sovereign wealth funds, and public pension funds.

With more than 20 years of experience in the deals business, Eric has been a lead partner for some of PwC’s largest global PE clients—supporting them through many of their most significant transactions as they expanded across major markets. He also has extensive experience advising industry clients on initial public offerings and other filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
