Alison is a trusted advisor to PwC network leadership and to PwC member firms around the world on a wide range of legal, ethical, regulatory, risk and compliance matters.
Alison is the Global General Counsel for the PwC network. She leads international teams supporting the PwC network across a wide range of areas, including ethics, compliance, regulatory matters, litigation, investigations, governance, corporate and technology transactions, data, intellectual property and commercial contracting.
She most recently served as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel for PwC UK and has been a member of the UK Management Board since July 2020. Prior to that, she served as Deputy General Counsel from 2015. She originally qualified as a solicitor at Linklaters and worked in private practice, specialising in commercial litigation with an emphasis on professional services.
