Agnes has been with PwC since the start of her career in 1992. Over the years, she has held various leadership roles with PwC Netherlands, including Chair of the Assurance Board, and most recently, serving as Chair of the Management Board. In every role, Agnes has been a champion for listening and building relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Agnes is passionate about building relationships to bring the best out of her teams and with stakeholders.

Colleagues know Agnes as a positive, energetic and down-to-earth leader who keeps her calm in times of uncertainty. She believes good leadership starts with having a clear vision, teamwork, execution power, and regularly reflecting on what’s going well and what isn’t: to learn and move forward. Agnes champions working together across teams and disciplines from all over the world, using the diversity of our expertise to solve the challenges of today and tomorrow. For her, it’s about making a positive impact, both for our clients and for society.

Agnes lives with her husband, Wubbo, in the Netherlands. Outside work, she enjoys getting together with family and friends, and staying active by running, cycling, playing padel and golf.
