PwC has been positioned by Gartner as a Leader in the 2026 Magic Quadrant™ for Cloud ERP Services.
Enterprises continue to engage external service providers to modernise enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and drive improved business outcomes. The Gartner® Magic Quadrant evaluates providers based on their Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision, helping organisations assess partners for cloud ERP transformation.
In the 2026 report, PwC is placed in the Leaders quadrant, in our opinion reflecting strong execution capabilities and a clear strategic vision in a rapidly evolving cloud ERP services market.
According to the report, Gartner estimates that the application services market overall will be approximately $428 billion in 2025, of which approximately $306 billion will be devoted to implementing and supporting software products. The remaining $122 billion covers custom application software development. Across the board, cloud ERP services represent approximately 13% of the total enterprise revenue declared by the evaluated system integrators.
PwC has also been profiled in the 2026 Critical Capabilities research for Cloud ERP Services - ID G00828034. The report assesses 19 providers on the most critical cloud ERP capabilities. Gartner suggests that Sourcing, procurement and vendor management (SPVM) leaders should look for providers that can implement and evolve cloud ERP solutions, as well as help with ideation, business transformation and integration with other enterprise solutions to deliver strong value to client organisations.
The Gartner Critical capabilities report, states, ‘This Critical Capabilities research assesses 19 providers on the most critical cloud ERP capabilities. SPVM leaders should look for providers that can implement and evolve cloud ERP solutions, as well as help with ideation, business transformation and integration with other enterprise solutions to deliver strong value to client organisations.
