Michelle Gronning is PwC Canada’s National Consulting Leader based in Toronto and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team.
Prior to becoming the National Consulting Leader in July of 2021, Michelle led the firm’s capabilities strategy for the Consulting practice and also led PwC Canada’s Fit for Growth go-to-market offering targeted at enabling large scale transformation for clients.
With over 25 years of experience across a variety of industry and consulting roles, in both the private and public sectors, Michelle excels at driving connections that generate sustained outcomes for her clients. She specializes in large-scale business led, technology enabled transformations, leveraging her experience in complex program management, finance, capital management, information technology, procurement, supply chain, operations, merger and acquisition integration, and operational excellence.
Michelle is passionate about delivering sustained outcomes for her clients by inspiring our Consulting team to innovate, integrate across our firm’s capabilities and live our PwC values.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Alberta.
