How can you deliver growth and value in a volatile world?

Four years into the global financial crisis and uncertainties are mounting. Our 15th Annual Global CEO Survey, Delivering results: growth and value in a volatile world, showed that CEO confidence is down across nearly all regions.

But companies aren’t on the defensive. While mindful of risks and costs, they’re taking deliberate steps to grow in markets they believe are most important for their future. In fact, our survey shows that CEOs are nearly three times as confident of their companies’ growth this coming year as they are in the global economy’s growth.

Over the next three years, strategies focus on getting the right global business model for a world where risks and opportunities are often very much local. We’ve identified five key areas where CEOs are rising to the challenge:

  • Embracing volatility.
  • Local approaches to global growth.
  • Risk resilience.
  • Facing the talent challenge.
  • Innovating on multiple fronts.

We’re here to help. We invite you to browse the sections above to find insights and experts that can help you find growth and value in this new and challenging business landscape.
