To me, leading PwC Europe means steering the course together. I strive to pave the way towards a trustful and sustainable future for our clients and businesses, our people within the PwC network and the communities in which we live and work.
Across various roles, I have learned to nourish a common spirit, share work and truly understand the needs of our clients and people.
As a certified tax advisor and public accountant, I am a member of various German professional organisations, including the federal board of the Wirtschaftsrat (Economic Council), the executive board of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW), the External Corporate Accounting Working Group (AKEU) of the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft Society for Business Administration and the Baden Baden Entrepreneurs’ Talks (BBUG).
Apart from my leadership responsibilities, I am also an avid supporter of PwC Shine, a global network fostering inclusion for our LGBTQ+ colleagues, and I helped establish the Women@PwC mentorship programme.
