Sonia Boisvert, CA

Sonia Boisvert is an Audit and Assurance Group partner in the Montréal office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She is also a member of our Private Company Services team.

Sonia has 18 years of experience within the firm’s accounting and internal control practices. She specializes in the Engineering and Construction industry, but also works with all types of product distribution companies. Sonia has experience in serving middle market and local top tier clients, including SEC registrants. She has headed a number of audit engagements involving companies with international operations. Sonia is also involved with PwC’s Plan Nord initiative, focusing primarily on the Plan’s impacts on Quebec’s engineering sector.

Sonia joined the firm in 1993 and became a CA in 1995. She is a graduate from the University of Sherbrooke where she obtained a BBA (Accounting). Among her accomplishments, Sonia finished first in Quebec in the Uniform Final Examination of the Ordre des comptables agréés.
