Status of file as of April 15, 2010

On March 1, 2010, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwCI") was appointed Receiver of P.J. Cote Limited and on March 29, 2010 was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy for P.J. Cote Limited. In its capacity as Trustee, PwCI will proceed to sell the assets of PJCote.
