Status of File as of July 21, 2021

Bankruptcies - The Trustee is working towards its discharges. There will be no funds available in any of the bankrupt estates for distribution to creditors.

Receivership - The only asset remaining is the Conklin yard property, which is currently being rented. The Receiver is actively seeking to sell the Conklin property.

On October 5, 2016 the following entities were assigned into Bankruptcy and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was named Trustee:

Status of File as of July 22, 2016

Northern Frontier GP Corp filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (NOI) effective July 21, 2016. Northern Frontier Logistics LP filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal effective July 22, 2016. PwC was named as the Proposal Trustee under the NOIs.

Status of File as of July 14, 2016

The Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted an Order on July 14, 2016, placing Northern Frontier Corp. et al in Receivership. PwC was named as Receiver in the Order. A copy of the Order is available on this website under "Court Orders".
