On September 25, 2017, the Court granted the orders sought by the Receiver as set out in its First Report to the Court.
Status of File as September 18, 2017
On September 18, 2017, the Receiver filed its First Report to inform the Court of the Receiver's activities since the date of its appointment and to seek approval of the sale SRS's assets in accordance with paragraph 3 (l) and 3 (m) of the Receivership Order.
Status of file as of August 8, 2017
In our capacity as Receiver, we are soliciting offers for the assets of SRS. The Receiver will be selling the assets by tender with a deadline for the receipt of offers of September 6, 2017. Status of file as of August 3, 2017
SRS subsequently filed for Bankruptcy and on August 3, 2017, a Certificate of Appointment was granted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy naming PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. the trustee of the estate.
