On May 26, 2010, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwCI”) was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of Pike’s Recreation & Marine Inc. In its capacity as Trustee, PwCI will proceed to sell the assets of Pike’s.
