Status of File as at September 19, 2008

On September 15, 2008, Jager Building Systems Inc. ("Jager") filed an assignment under section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on October 6, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at the office of
