On January 12, 2011, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice order that 1733073 Ontario Inc. be adjudged bankrupt and that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate.

Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors was mailed to all known creditors of the Company on the 18th of January 2012, pursuant to the provisions of the BIA.

The first meeting of creditors was held on February 2, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., at 18 York Street, Suite 2600, Room #26014, Toronto, ON. A copy of the Trustee’s Report to the First Meeting of Creditors on Preliminary Administration is available below.
