Status of File as at March 10, 2009

The Monitor reports that the Companies have been unable to return to profitability and the Companies have moved to a liquidation of the assets under the supervision of the Court.

The assets of the Companies as set out in the Invitation to Offer (Equipment only) are now subject to a comprehensive agreement of purchase and sale, and a hearing will be heard in March to ask the Court to confirm the sale, with a closing of sale to occur in April.

The Monitor thanks all the interested parties for their active participation to date. This site will be updated from time to time as may be appropriate.
