ElevateME

ElevateME was launched in Saudi Arabia to support students as they transition from education into the workplace, helping young people build confidence, networks and clarity as they enter working life.

As part of the programme, university students are connected with PwC mentors through one-to-one relationships that offer personalised guidance on workplace expectations, early career choices and the skills that matter most as graduates enter the job market. Mentors are drawn from across the firm, allowing students to engage directly with professionals who understand both the demands of the workplace and the realities of starting out.

In its first year, ElevateME paired 61 students with mentors and quickly expanded to the UAE before scaling across the region over the last four years, propelled by strong feedback from participants. As the programme grew, the firm enhanced its impact through workshops focused on practical, in-demand skills to complement mentoring. ElevateME operates across all PwC Middle East territories, spanning 12 countries, and uses the Chronus platform to support structured, high-quality mentor matching at scale. This year we reached 822 students who were supported by 679 mentors.

Mentors consistently highlight the programme’s value as a structured way to build coaching and leadership capability, while students often point to the impact of having a trusted professional connection, sometimes their first direct insight into working life.
