We have developed a global CR strategy which builds on a strong foundation of measuring and managing our core CR impacts in a consistent yet locally appropriate way across the Network. It is also tailored to our specific strengths and opportunities, as a Network of professional services firms, to leverage our core skills in creating measurable business and social value-enhancing outcomes.
This strategy has been rolled out to all PwC firms in the Network.
Putting it into practice
We operate as a Network of firms, offering a consistent quality of service and experience to clients across the globe. With so many PwC firms operating in different environments, in diverse parts of the world, with different cultures, each firm must set its own local priorities. However, we know that only by aligning behind a unified CR vision and approach across the Network, and collaborating to measure and manage what we do, will we maximise the impacts of our efforts and further improve by understanding and learning from our results.
We have consulted widely across the Network to develop a CR strategy, framework and implementation tools that strike a balance effectively, aligning the Network where necessary and providing support and guidance. Our CR strategy has local and global applicability and reflects the core areas where we add value to PwC firms’ clients and to society.
The implementation tools aim to support PwC firms in their interpretation and implementation of the strategy. They include:
