In the third episode of our series of conversations with technology leadership, we had the opportunity to speak with Andrew Tarver, Founder and CEO of Jigsaw XYZ, a UK based FinTech. Given Jigsaw’s focus in building platforms for the personalization of financial services, we chatted with Andrew on a theme of “ Reinventing banking for customers”.

We asked Andrew how banking could reinvent itself for the customer and pivot with new platform capabilities to grow market confidence and what kind of leadership skills and attributes are needed for this shift. Also , what would be his advice to innovators and disruptive players on how they could continue to help reinvent the financial services landscape.
