Certification and verification services: The PwC certification seal
PwC’s certification seal demonstrates that your management system meets the criteria set out in the relevant ISO management systems standard. Only organizations registered/certified by PwC to a particular standard may utilize the applicable PwC mark in public communications or certification mark on products, only with the express written consent of PwC. Prior to use of the applicable logo, the organization must sign the relevant Trademark or Certification Mark Agreement.

Certification and Verification policies
PwC has procedures for information requests; processing appeals and complaints (including misrepresentation/corruption concerns) pertaining to our accredited certification and verification programs. The process can be initiated by using our contact us form, in writing to the Practice Leader, Peter Koch, or by contacting the PwC Canada’s complaints and business conduct hotline at 1 855 901 8898. All appeals and complaints will be acknowledged in writing, reviewed by an impartial party and responded to with proposed actions, if identified. All enquiries will be handled in accordance with PwC confidentiality policies .
