Kartik Kannan is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Risk Services practice, where he leads a team of trusted professionals delivering strategic risk, governance, and technology solutions to clients across industries.
With over two decades of experience at PwC, Kartik brings a global perspective shaped by his work across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Kartik specializes in helping business leaders navigate complex challenges in governance, internal controls, enterprise risk management, AI trust, cybersecurity, and technology transfomations. His cross-industry experience spans technology, retail, consumer markets, mining, oil & gas, real estate, and financial services—enabling him to deliver tailored, actionable insights that drive resilience and growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a CPA (India). Kartik also holds multiple professional designations including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and ISO 42001/27001/20000 lead auditor certifications.
