Requests from the public
PwC shall provide, upon request, information about:
a) Geographical area in which it operates;
b) The status of a given certification;
c) The name, related normative document, scope and geographical location(s) (city and country) for a specific certified client.
d) Information on sources of funding and general information on the fees charged to clients. PwC does not outsource its certification services.
e) Information related to the rights and duties of the client, including requirements, restrictions or limitations on the use of PwC’s name and the FSC trademarks and the ways of referring to the certification granted.
