It is a tactical and operational level course aimed at those who are either working in or looking to work at marketing executive/ marketing coordinator level roles. It comprises 3 modules (Planning Campaigns- assignment module, Customer Insights- assignment module & Applied Marketing- Exam module). The course takes approx. 1 year to complete.
The CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing will equip delegates with the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to perform at an operational level and carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace.
By the end of the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, delegates will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and practices. They will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to marketing plans, execute marketing campaigns, and drive business growth in their organization.

A strategic level course aimed at those who are either working in or looking to work at marketing management level roles. It comprises of 3 modules (Marketing and Digital Strategy- assignment module, Innovation in Marketing- assignment module & Elective choice module, you chose one module from the following: Managing brands, Resource management OR the digital customer experience- each of which are assignment based). The course takes approx. 1 year to complete.
The CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing will establish the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to perform at a management level and to carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace. It will equip them with the skills to implement strategic marketing plans, drive innovation, managing customer relationships, leverage digital technologies, and lead marketing teams effectively. This diploma empowers delegates to make strategic marketing decisions that contribute to the long-term success and growth of their organizations.

The CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing will establish the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to perform at a management level and to carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace. By completing the NEW CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing (specialist award pathway), delegates will possess the specialized skills necessary to excel in specific areas of digital marketing.
In addition to the two mandatory modules (Marketing and Digital Strategy & Digital Customer Experience), delegates will be able to choose two specialist digital awards from the following;
