We assist clients through the end-to-end process of planning, designing, procuring, constructing/implementing, commissioning and decommissioning complex projects.
Our EAM team comprise a team of multinational professionals with capabilities and experience to:
- Develop fixed asset models based on financial & operational reporting requirements;
- Assist clients with large scale fixed asset verification and tagging (including geo-tagging on geospatial systems);
- Reconcile current financial fixed asset registers with physical verification and operational data sources;
- Reconstruct current fixed asset registers to accurately represent the installed asset base;
- Perform fair valuations of fixed assets, both moveable and infrastructure assets:
- Create opening fixed asset registers for privatisation and corporatisation;
- Develop and implement end to end asset lifecycle management policies and processes (financial and operational);
- Assist clients to optimise their fixed asset expenditure and ensure efficiencies in the budgeting and planning process; and
- Review, implement and/or audit the necessary business & managerial processes to align our client’s asset management practices to ISO 55000 principles and requirements.
