Celebrating future Saudi leaders

What is Hemam programme?

Our Hemam programme aims to empower Saudi national students, graduates and job seekers to become the next generation of business leaders by providing them with exciting opportunities for growth and enabling them to transform their futures.

Since 2019, we’ve been committed to empowering young Saudi talent in our firm across all lines of service - Assurance, Consulting, Deals, Internal Firm Services (IFS) and Tax and Legal Services (TLS).

At PwC, we believe the future is human-led and tech-powered, that is why people are at the centre of everything we do. In Saudi Arabia, through programmes such as Hemam, we are investing in the Saudi youth to empower them to solve for the future with a vision, while building trust and delivering sustained outcomes along the way.

As part of our investment, we will support our Saudi nationals  throughout their careers with dedicated career planning and coaching, reinforced with opportunities  to work with a variety of clients, sectors and projects while supporting Vision 2030, and enhanced by international secondments to diversify their skills and experience.
