As part of a collaborative initiative with PwC, Alliance Hyperscalers and leading technical universities, the programme enables participants to attain industry-recognised consulting and technical certifications. From AWS and Azure to Google, SAP and Oracle engagements, we equip talented students with the expertise needed to excel in a technology-driven job market and accelerate their professional growth.

Step into your career with confidence through our Graduate Programme. Tailored for recent graduates, the Graduate Programme at ETIC provides a structured one-year training and hands-on project experience, focusing on practical experience and skill development in their chosen technology fields. Key elements include:
Technical skill development and certifications: Graduates enhance technical skills through learning and development platforms and pursue relevant industry certifications
Learning and development paths: Defined L&D paths for each practice area, with core and optional curricula
General Tower and Foundational Training: Graduates undergo general training, followed by foundational training in their first practice area
Guidance and mentorship: Dedicated buddies provide guidance and mentorship within each practice
Optional learning: Graduates can explore optional learning if core training is completed and project support is not required
Hands-on project experience: Graduates assist with internal/external projects, including active support, shadowing and asset development
Programme completion: Graduates present their learnings at programme’s end, receiving a completion certificate and potential hiring consideration based on performance
This approach ensures graduates gain practical experience, develop critical skills and receive guidance to succeed in technology fields.

The MS Dynamics Innovators Bootcamp is an ETIC initiative designed to attract and engage working professionals with up to four years of experience. Over four weekends, participants will immerse themselves in the MS Dynamics environment through hands-on workshops, mentorship and a competitive hackathon.

We’re looking for:
Professionals with up to four years of experience
Intermediate/Advanced .NET development skills
Passion for technology-driven problem-solving and innovation
English proficiency and strong communication skills. An extra language is a plus
Knowledge or experience in MS Dynamics (functional or technical) is a plus
Participants are expected to dedicate:
Weekend engagement: Eight hours every Saturday for four consecutive weekends for interactive learning, collaboration sessions and the hackathon
Self-paced learning: Four-to-six hours per week to complete assigned modules on Microsoft Learn at your own pace, ensuring foundational knowledge and preparedness for weekend sessions
