Huda Bin Redha joined PwC’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) in 2023, bringing with her over a decade of experience in high-stakes dispute resolution. Prior to joining PwC, she represented multinational corporations, prominent individuals, and government entities in multi-billion-dollar, cross-border litigation - earning a reputation for precision, strategic insight, and a strong advocacy record before all UAE courts.
From the outset, Huda’s impact at PwC was evident. She maintained a 100% success rate in all cases against the firm and led the strategy and defence in the largest claim in PwC ME’s history. Her results, leadership, and ability to navigate sensitive matters at the highest levels led to her promotion to Senior Manager within just 18 months - well ahead of the standard career track.
Today, Huda manages the Litigation & Regulatory team within OGC, overseeing litigation, regulatory matters, and legal risk management across 15 jurisdictions. She leads a team of nine lawyers across multiple countries and works closely with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business priorities, mitigate risk, and safeguard the firm’s reputation.
Beyond her casework, Huda is passionate about advancing Emirati leadership in the private sector. Through her involvement in PwC’s Tamakkan Leadership Program and her active mentorship of colleagues, she is helping shape a new generation of business leaders equipped to thrive both regionally and globally.
